Chris Brokaw, legendary Boston guitarist and drummer for groups like Come, Codeine, Pullman, Consonant, Kahoots, and then some, offers up his first-ever solo 7-inch, the Forestry E.P. Coming on the heels of two critically acclaimed solo records, Incredible Love (12XU) and Red Cities (Atavistic), the Forestry E.P. showcases another side of Brokaw's work. It features three instrumental outtakes from his score to Leslie McCleave’s feature film “Road”, as well as a drum-heavy dub mix from a Kahoots recording session. Gorgeous glossy cover images photographed by Chris himself and ultra-high-quality transparent green vinyl make this a package worthy of wall display. Dare we suggest framing?
